FAQs
What is A2C Careers Platform?
A2C Careers Platform (Turning your Achievements into Capabilities) is an AI-assisted tool that works with you to find what you have actually done, then works with you to write a CV and cover letter that show an employer your value for the role.
Will A2C make things up?
A2C works from your CV, your answers, the job ad and what it finds when it researches the company. If your experience doesn’t cover something the job asks for, it shows you the gap. You decide whether to leave the gap unfilled or not. At all times, you should read everything before you send it, because it’s your application.
How is A2C different from other CV writing apps and general AI tools?
Some CV writing apps work from whatever you give them, and a general AI tool needs you to know what to ask for. A2C asks you the questions. It helps you find achievements you may have left off your CV, researches the company and its industry, compares your experience with the job ad, and then helps you write your CV and cover letter. You can see the comparison in Why A2C.
Can A2C help with a resume after a career break?
Yes. After a few years away, it’s hard to remember what you did, let alone explain it well. A2C asks about your work, so you can see what you’ve done and put it into words. It then works with you on a CV and cover letter written for the job you choose.
Can A2C help me turn my overseas experience into an Australian resume?
A2C shows which parts of your overseas experience match the job, then helps you write them the way an employer here expects. You read and change every draft before you send it.
How long does it take?
Each application takes between 30 minutes and an hour. A CV that closely matches the job usually takes about 30 minutes. If the match is weaker, the gap analysis needs more work and it can take up to an hour.
How much does it cost?
Beta testers use A2C free for two applications, in return for letting us record their sessions and a short survey. The early access price, and the full retail price, are still to be determined. We’ll share them when they’re set.
Who can join beta testing?
Beta testing places are for people based in Australia. There are 20, and they go first come, first served.
Do you record my sessions?
We record your session for beta testing only. For everyone, we keep a log of your activity on the platform. You can read more in our privacy notice.
What happens to my information?
A2C doesn’t use your information to train AI. We only use AI services that don’t train on your data. You can delete any application, and everything in it, from your dashboard at any time. Your account stays open after that, so you don’t have to enter your details again when you come back. If you would like your account deleted too, ask us at privacy@a2ccareers.com.au. You can read more in our privacy notice.
When can I start?
Beta testing is planned for early November 2026. Applications close 31 October. Early access is planned to open in mid January 2027, and we’ll share the details once they’re confirmed.
